Write the association's Tax Code

5 Tax Deductions

Tax Deduction (Individuals)

Donations made by individuals to Sindrome ReNU Italia APS, registered in the RUNTS, entitle a 30% income tax deduction, up to a maximum of €30,000 per year.

Tax Deduction (Individuals and Companies)

Donations made by individuals and companies to Sindrome ReNU Italia APS may be deducted from total income up to 10% of declared income. The two tax benefits, deduction and tax credit, cannot be combined.
